Terms and Conditions
Ordinary membership is open to all ironwork merchant or companies who agree with the objective of the Association.
Any merchant or company to join Association should submit its particulars to the Iron Secretary on a prescribed form. Its application form will then be posted on the notice board in the Association premises for one week. During the period, it the existing members do not oppose to the application the Committee will determine on the application for membership. It shall become a member of the Association upon payment of the enrollment & administration fees and annual subscriptions. A copy of the Constitution shall be furnished to every approved member.
A retired ironwork merchant may apply for Association Membership. However he shall not have the right to vote and to hold office in the Association. He shall raise constructive suggestions and take part in the Association ‘s activities or a voluntary teamwork.
入会条件
凡经营与铁器有关厂商，赞同本会宗旨者，皆可申请加入本会为普通会员。
申请加入本会的表格，填妥后须呈交本会总务处。然后其申请将贴于布告板上，为期一周，在此期间，如不被本会任何会员所反对者，经理事会批准决定后，将被通过，同时须缴清入会费及年捐，方可成为会员，本会将发给章程一份。
凡荣休之铁厂商同业，可申请加入为准会员，但无投票权及被选权，唯可提供具有建设性之提案及参加小组之义务活动。
Fees and Subscriptions
An enrollment & administration fee of $100.00 is payable, and the annual subscription of $240.00 is payable by every Ordinary Member. An enrollment & administration fee of $20.00 and the annual subscription is fee by every Associate Member.
The annual subscriptions are payable in advance within the first three months of the year.
The enrollment & administration fee and annual subscription may be amended at the General Meeting of the members. Any Additional fund required for special purpose may only be raised from members with the consent of the General Meeting of the members.
入会费与年捐
会员入会费规定为一百元，年捐每年规定为两百四十元。准会员入会费规定为二十元。
会员年捐规定须于每年开始三个月内缴清。
入会费及年捐可由会员大会通过予以修改。任何特别捐，须由会员大会通过，始可施行。
